Cliff Collins originally from southeast Missouri, Cliff Collins moved to central Arkansas to attend Harding University in Searcy, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude with a B.B.A. in Accounting.
After college, Cliff attended the University of Arkansas at Little Rock William H. Bowen School of Law, where he earned his Juris Doctorate Degree. Cliff is licensed to practice law in all Arkansas state courts, as well as the United states district court for the eastern and Western districts of Arkansas.
