Biography

Cliff Collins, originally from Kennett, Missouri, moved to central Arkansas to attend Harding University, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude with a B.B.A. in Accounting. After college, Cliff attended the William H. Bowen School of Law in Little Rock where he earned his Juris Doctorate in 2016. Cliff is licensed to practice law in Arkansas and practices throughout the State. He is also licensed in the United State District Court for the Eastern and Western District of Arkansas. Cliff and his wife, Jessica, have been married since 2003 and have two daughters, Ella Kate and Cora. Cliff is an avid duck, deer and turkey hunter and collector of sports memorabilia and Native American artifacts. Cliff also serves on the United Way of White County Group Homes/Sunshine School Board of Directors and the Jesse Dylan James Foundation Board of Directors. He and his wife are also members of the Harding University President's Council. Cliff has previously served as the President of the Lonoke County Bar Association and was voted the Best Attorney in Lonoke County in 2012.
